A blinding exercise – quite literally. This team-building activity takes away one of the most important senses and leaves each participant completely reliant on his or her colleagues for the assistance needed to succeed.
Standing in an open field, blindfolded and armed with nothing but a walkie-talkie, the team members have to find their car, get in it, turn it around and drive around a series of obstacles to get to the finish. One of their colleagues is directing them at all times over the radio, hopefully communicating exactly when to turn left, right or keep straight on. Scary, exhilarating and frustrating all at the same time, this exercise truly defines the meaning of teamwork.
