The enduring images of Croatia are of yachts with their sails up, easing their way around lush islands, so we would be crazy not to offer a team-building regatta built around this iconic activity.
After a short theoretical sailing course, the team is split into crews of around 6-10 people depending on the size of the chosen sailing boats, and we make our way to the vessels. Each boat has an English-speaking skipper for safety reasons and to provide additional training and instructions before the regatta takes place. The flotilla's route is most often organized as an Olympic triangle course or a circuit around one of the islands. Even though the timing can vary due to wind conditions, we usually find it is best to sail in the morning and end the regatta with lunch on one of the islands.
