Get ready for a meaningful and energizing team-building experience in nature! The Petka Hill Cleanup Competition brings together sustainability, teamwork, and a bit of friendly competition in one of Dubrovnik’s most beautiful forested areas. Your group will divide into smaller teams, usually consisting of 8-12 people each. Each team will be equipped with gloves for every participant, trash bags, and specially crafted hand-made tools for collecting waste. After a short briefing, the challenge begins.

Teams will head into Petka Forest, where they will have to collect as much trash as possible in the limited time frame. Strategy, coordination, and teamwork will play a key role as each group explores the terrain and works together toward a common goal: leaving the forest cleaner than they found it.

When time is up, teams will return for the final trash quantity measurement.
The team that collects the most waste will be crowned the winner and awarded unique handmade metal medals. These medals, crafted from replicas of historic Dubrovnik Republic coins and mounted on rope straps, reflect both local heritage and environmental impact. This activity is not just a competition; it’s a chance to make a real difference, connect with nature, and strengthen team spirit in a fun and purposeful way.
