Re: Computacenter - Dubrovnik

This letter is well overdue and I apologise but you know how it can be when in the midst of the "season"!

As I am sure you are aware, the Computacenter High Performers Award was a resounding success. We have received great comments from the Computacenter hosts but more importantly, from the guests themselves.

From the outset we pretty much had the programme nailed, you came up with exactly the right activities and venues for the group which made the whole planning aspect so much easier. Having read much about Dubrovnik and wishing to organise a group here for a couple of years, when it finaly came to fruition it did not disappoint. Everyone was really supprised how lovely the city and the surroundings were; how hospitable and friendly the locals and staff; no one had ever thought of Dubrovnik being this beautiful. But this is exactly what an incentive should be all about - offering new experiences to people and taking them to places they would never normally think of travelling to. Must admit it does get harder as each year goes by as people travel so much anyway - but have to say that Dubrovnik came up trumps.

The dining venues were excellent, just a shame that East West did not inspire with the food, but as we know, that was as exception of the rule. Nautica and Konavoski Dvori were excellent - the food, service and settings were fantastic. For everyone - myself and Rosie included the highlight of the programme was the Boat trip, the food on board excellentand the beach gamesfun and everyone loved the walk back to the port - an unexpected but very pleasent deviation to the itinerary!

Zeljko and Daniela deserve a special mention - their enthusiasm, professionalism and care knew no bounds and they really are a great asset to you and your company; please pass on my thanks to them both.

Maro, it was a real pleasure working with you and I very much appreciated all your help and efforts on this programme; please pass on my thanks to everyone involved in making this trip such a great success. As we know these programmes are a result of pure teamwork - everyone has an equally important part to play and it showed - it was a great success. I very much hope to return to Dubrovnik and Croatia with other groups and to work with you; it really is a fabulous destination with a great DMC too!
